![]() ![]() It's amusing seeing what sort of zany villains the writers can cook up, but none of them can compare to the great presence of John Shea's Lex Luthor in the first season. This season we've got the Prankster, Al Capone, Metallo, and even H.G. The series may not have writing that stands up with the best of them, but it sure knows how to have fun. These episodes make for some enjoyable television, just as long as you don't judge it against standards which are set too high. When the romance was heated up the characters began to wriggle about. ![]() Lois & Clark's first year had some great stuff, but it was the second season where the formula began to sizzle. ![]()
